Peggy Kraus, MA, RCEP, CDCES is a clinical exercise physiologist with nearly 30 years of experience helping people lose weight, lower blood sugar, and improve heart health through practical lifestyle change. She holds a master’s degree in adult exercise, is certified in diabetes care and education, and is trained in plant-based nutrition—giving her a rare, real-world understanding of what actually works.
