This extended challenge starts with a lively Kick-Off Zoom call and continues with a Check-In Zoom call mid-way through. And don't forget the Discussion Room -- the perfect place to share holiday recipes. You'll be able to ring in 2025 as the healthiest version of YOU!

Spring into Wellness (May 4 – May 14):
Your energy starts at the cellular level, powered by your mitochondria—the tiny engines inside each of your cells. This 10-day walking challenge is all about supporting those powerhouses with plant power, daily movement, and simple, effective strategies to boost your health. By lacing up and getting your steps in, you'll be putting science into action—helping your body feel more vibrant, resilient, and strong. Let’s take Spring as the perfect excuse to reset your wellness habits and walk into the season feeling refreshed!
Summer Shape-Up (July 7 – July16):
Your home should be a place of health and wellness—but hidden toxins in everyday products can impact your well-being. In this 10-day challenge, we’ll uncover common chemicals found in household items like cleaners, furniture, and personal care products. Learn simple swaps and practical strategies to reduce exposure and create a safer, healthier environment for yourself and your family. Small changes can make a big difference!
Fall Back to Basics Bootcamp (September 14 - September 24)):
It’s time to reset, refocus, and recommit to the 5 Power Moves! This challenge brings you back to the core principles of your health journey, reinforcing the habits that make the biggest impact. Kick things off with an energizing Zoom call, connect with others in the Discussion Room for tips and motivation, and wrap up with an inspiring session to solidify your commitment to long-term wellness.
