1. What This Program Is

Peggy In My Pocket is a text‑based wellness support program. You’ll receive daily reminders, encouragement, and simple, actionable nudges to help you build steady, healthy habits.
This program is not medical advice or treatment.

By participating in this program, you agree that:
•     You are responsible for your own health decisions.
•     You will consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
•     The information provided in Peggy In My Pocket is for educational and motivational purposes only.
Nothing in this program creates a patient‑provider relationship.
If you have questions about your health, please speak with your doctor or healthcare team.

2. Subscription & Billing

Peggy In My Pocket is a monthly subscription. When you join, you agree to:
  • recurring monthly billing
  • automatic renewal each month
  • charges processed through Stripe, AttractWell’s secure payment system
I want your experience with Peggy In My Pocket to feel supportive and straightforward. Because this program delivers daily content immediately upon joining, all payments are non‑refundable.
Here’s what that means:
•     Your subscription begins the moment you sign up.
•     You receive daily texts right away.
•     You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.
•     No refunds are issued for partial months, unused days, or accidental renewals.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime.
To cancel, go to your Manage Subscription page inside your member vault. Once canceled, your texts will continue through the end of your current billing cycle, and no future charges will be made.

4. Communication & Text Messaging

By joining Peggy In My Pocket, you agree to receive:
  • daily text messages
  • occasional program‑related updates
Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Your privacy matters to me. Here’s the simple version of how your information is used inside Peggy In My Pocket:
•     I collect only the information needed to deliver your daily texts (your name, email, and phone number).
•     Your information is stored securely inside AttractWell, the platform that powers this program.
•     I do not sell or share your personal information with outside companies.
•     Your phone number is used solely for delivering Peggy In My Pocket messages and occasional program updates.
•     You can update or delete your information anytime through your member account.
Sometimes people choose to share personal details with me through text—such as their weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, or other health‑related information. I keep anything you share with me private and never disclose it to others.
Please know that standard text messaging is not encrypted or considered a secure form of communication. There is always some risk that information sent by text could be accessed by a third party. By participating in Peggy In My Pocket, you understand these limitations and choose what you feel comfortable sharing
