Here’s how Thrive works
Thrive runs on six 10‑day challenges spread throughout the year — about every six weeks.
Each round has a simple rhythm:
• We kick off together on Zoom.
You’ll set clear, doable goals for the next 10 days based on the future you want — your energy, your health, your habits, your life.
• Then the magic happens between the calls.
Inside the discussion room, we get to work.
We post our goals, our wins, our struggles, our recipes, our workouts, our pictures — all of it.
Prefer to stay quiet and just offer support? Totally okay.
This is where the accountability and momentum live.
• We wrap up with a celebration call.
We look at what worked, what surprised us, and what we want to carry forward.
Every round builds confidence, consistency, and community.
