Here's the schedule for the rest of 2025.

Summer Shape-Up (July 8 –July17):
This 10-day journey will inspire you to incorporate colorful, healthful, and delicious salads, smoothies—and now refreshing sorbets—into your daily menus. Along the way, we'll explore how the toxins in everyday plastics can impact your health, especially brain health, and what simple swaps can help protect it. You'll also discover some of the most nourishing foods for your brain, making it easier to stay sharp, focused, and feeling your best.

Fall Back to Basics Bootcamp (September 15 - September 25):
Let’s reset and recommit with the 5 Power Moves—simple, powerful habits that elevate your energy, focus, and health. Whether they’re brand-new to you or just tucked in the back of your mind, we’ll revisit each one and make them work for you. Start strong with an inspiring Kick-Off Zoom call, collaborate and share tips with me and members of the group in the Discussion Room, and finish with a motivational Wrap-Up session to keep you gong until we meet again.
 
Happy Healthy Holidays (Begins November 17 and runs through the 2025 winter holidays):
Navigate the holiday season with confidence, not guilt. We'll learn and have fun as we share tips and strategies to make this holiday season refreshing and joyful. The way that it should be.

You'll finish out 2025 strong and energetic, not with regrets of overindulging and overscheduling yourself. This extended challenge starts with a lively Kick-Off Zoom call and continues with a Check-In Zoom call mid-way through. And don't forget the Discussion Room -- the perfect place to share holiday recipes. You'll be able to ring in 2025 as the healthiest version of YOU!
