Heart Smart (February 24 – March 6):
Most folks have to work at having a strong and resilient heart. Learn about new markers for cardiac health that go beyond traditional cholesterol numbers, and empower yourself with cutting-edge strategies for achieving optimal heart care. 
 
Spring into Wellness (April 28 – May 8):
This very informative 10-day Challenge is all about liver health--because protecting your liver is essential for overall wellness. Fatty liver is on the rise, but with the right knowledge and habits, you can prevent and even reverse it. We'll explore how diet impacts liver function, highlight early warning signs, and share simple, actionable habits to support your health. Your lab results can show valuable insight into your liver's health--if you have recent lab work, bring it to this session so we can discuss what your numbers mean and how to take action if needed.

Summer Shape-Up (July 8 –July17):
This 10-day journey will inspire you to incorporate colorful, healthful, and delicious salads, smoothies—and now refreshing sorbets—into your daily menus. Along the way, we'll explore how the toxins in everyday plastics can impact your health, especially brain health, and what simple swaps can help protect it. You'll also discover some of the most nourishing foods for your brain, making it easier to stay sharp, focused, and feeling your best.

Fall Back to Basics Bootcamp (September 15 - September 25):
Recommit to the 5 Power Moves with the Fall Back-to-Basics Bootcamp. We'll refocus on the foundation of your health journey. Start strong with an energizing Kick-Off Zoom call, collaborate and share tips with me and members of the group in the Discussion Room, and finish with a motivational Wrap-Up session to renew your recommitment.
 
Happy Healthy Holidays (Begins November 17 and runs through the 2025 winter holidays):
Navigate the holiday season with confidence, not guilt. We'll learn and have fun as we share tips and strategies to make this holiday season refreshing and joyful. The way that it should be.

You'll finish out 2025 strong and energetic, not with regrets of overindulging and overscheduling yourself. This extended challenge starts with a lively Kick-Off Zoom call and continues with a Check-In Zoom call mid-way through. And don't forget the Discussion Room -- the perfect place to share holiday recipes. You'll be able to ring in 2025 as the healthiest version of YOU!
